After 20 years spent cultivating potatoes in the family farm for mass consumption, always looking for the cheapest price, William Chase decides to change his focus. His desire to remain close to the earth and the land led him to look for products that enhance the quality of what he cultivates. In 2002, he created Tyrrells crisps. In 2004, during a trip to the US he had the idea to get into the spirit industry. After years of research and experimentation, he launched the first batch of potato Chase Vodka, and founded in 2008 Chase Distillery. Since then, the distillery has grown and many spirits have emerged.
