Description

This gin is made in very small batches (between 60 and 80 bottles per lot) and is produced using the method of Cold compounding infusing juniper berries, orang and lemon peel, coriander, cinnamon and cloves in spirit. It is remarkably fresh, heady and spicy. The oranges are wonderfully expressed and occupy the foreground.
